摘要
目的 建立空气中正己烷的气相色谱分析方法。方法 以活性炭采集空气中正己烷 ,苯解吸 ,聚乙二醇 6 0 0 0柱分离 ,氢火焰离子检测器检测。并且进行了各种条件实验。结果 检测限 0 .39ng/ μl,最低检测浓度 0 .39mg/ m3,相对标准偏差 0 .4 %~ 4 .8% ,苯对正己烷的解吸率为 98.5 % ,加标回收率 98.0 %。实测样品浓度在 5 2 .0~ 5 2 2 .4 mg/ m3之间。结论 本方法与国标法比较差异无显著性 ,且简便、快捷。
Objective To establish the gas chromatographic analysis for determination of hexane in air. Methods The hexane in air was collected by active carbon,desorption of benzene,seperation by polyethylene glycol column 6 000 and the conditions of FID detector was established in this assay,and the various screening tests to select the best determination condition were carried out also Results The detection limit and the lowest detectable concentration was 0 39 ng/ml and 0 39 mg/m 3 respectively The relative standard deviation ranged from 0 4% to 4 8% The desorption rate of benzene to hexane was 98 5% The recovery rate of adding standard material was 98% The levels of hexane in air sample were determined as 52 0~522 4 mg/m 3 Conclusion There were no significant differences in the data obtained from the National Standard Method and this method which was simple,rapid and practicable
