摘要
对 2 0 #钢试样进行C—N共渗热处理 ,经C—N共渗的试样进行干摩擦磨损试验 ,实验的载荷为 2N到6N ,滑动速度从 8m/s到 45m/s。摩擦磨损试验表明 :在滑动速度为 35m/s左右时 ,发生了从轻微磨损向严重磨损的转变 ,结合SEM、AES和XPS分析 ,磨损率的变化与磨损表面的氧化物形成与剥落、氧化物的类型转变(Fe2 O3 转变成FeO)
The dry sliding wear behaviors of carbon nitriding layer on AISI 1020 steel sliding against AISI 52100 steel under load from 2N to 6N and at sliding speed from 8m/s to 35m/s are investigated on wear tester developed in our laboratory.The morphologies of the worn surface and wear mechanism are observed and analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The profiles of the worn samples are also analyzed by Auger electron spectroscopy(AES).The results show that with increasing of sliding speed,the oxidized sheet could be transfered from Fe 2O 3 to FeO.
