The major task of knowledge management is to make full use of the organizations intelligence resources and improve the creativity and competence of the organization.This paper puts forward some elements of knowledge management of library.With the expectation of improving the librarys creativity and competence,its certainly advisable to utilize fully the intelligence resources and promote the staff members resources and initiative.
