摘要
研究了离子交换树脂从发酵液中提取唾液酸的方法 ,包括树脂的筛选、吸附条件和洗脱条件的确定 ,唾液酸纯度达到 97.4 % .
Purification of Sialic acid from the Escherichia coli fermentation broth by ion exchange was studied. Ion exchange resins were selected and the conditions of adsorption and elution were determined.
