介绍了利用转基因技术制备转基因动物性食品,转基因动物性食品安全性评价原则遵循“实质等同性”原则;很多国家都制定了有关转基因食品的法规;在不同的国家,人们对转基因食品的接受性存在较大差异;转基因动物性食品是食品科学发展的方向之一。
Foods derived from transgenic animal are novel foods. The development of the food related to the transgenie technology. There aresix kinds of transgenic technology, microinjection et al.,on animal in common. The basic principle of safety assessment of transgenic food is basedon the scientifie concept of 'Substantial Equivalence'. Various countries formulated administration policies on transgenic foods. The study onfoods derived from transgenic animal will become one of direction of food seience.
