Study of Effects on System Character by Structure Parameter of Twin-screw Extruder

本文以螺杆长径比 ,螺杆压缩段长径比 ,模口直径作为实验因素 ,以双螺杆挤压机的功率消耗为目标函数 ,通过实验研究了结构参数对双螺杆挤压机系统特性的影响。利用三维曲面图和等高线图分析各因素对目标函数的影响 ,得出各因素的最佳取值范围 。

This article is based on experiment,using the ration between length and diameter of the screw,the ration between length and diameter of compress segment,the diameter of the mode orifice as independent variable,using watt consumption as objective function studies the structure parameter effect on twin_screw Extruder system character Using the three dimensions curved surface and contour map,analysis effect of each factor on objective function and fix the best range of each factor and create statistical model of objective function.
