摘要
本文论述了在内燃机整机振动控制方面的研究工作,并介绍了一种主动控制减振装置,该装置采用控制技术使一个可调频的动力减振器能自动跟踪发动机主振动的频率,始终保持最佳状态。通过在一台四缸四冲程柴油机上的实验表明,该主动控制减振装置在全部工况范围内有效地降低了发动机的振动,并使其达到了国家规定的振动限值标准。
In this paper, the body vibration characteristics of a four-cylinder in-line four-stroke internal combustion engine is analysed, The authors present a kind of active absorber for the body vibration of the engine. The absorber employs adaptive technology so that parameters of the absorber is automatically regulated according to the change of the engine rotational speed which adapts the natural frequency of the absorber to the engine exciting frequency. As a result, the engine runs smoothly in the range of the working condition. The vibration measurment of the engine with the absorber has shown that the vibration intensity of the engine is reduced obviously and the national standard on the vibration limit of the diesel engine is met.
