摘要
本文介绍了采用普通直列式喷油泵,通过提高启喷压力、提高供油速率和降低涡流强度的方法改善高速直喷式柴油机性能的研究结果。试验是在一台缸径为130mm、冲程为150mm的单缸试验机上进行的。试验结果表明,标定工况下的燃油消耗率比原机降低了7.9%,CO和HC分别降低了77%和31%,最高燃烧压力降低了O.7MPa,排气烟度也有所改善,仅NO_x增加了3.2%。低速时与原机相比,NO_x和CO均有较大幅度的改善,而其燃油消耗率基本保持不变。燃烧放热过程具有前期放热较缓,后期放热较急和燃烧持续期较短等特点。
Through increasing the needle valve opening pressure, enlarging the fuel pump plunger diameter and reducing the intake swirl intensity, the performance of a high speed DI diesel cngine was improved. The experiments were carried out on a single cylinder testing engine, having a bore of 130mm and a stroke of 150mm. The results showed that as compared with the original engine under rated conditions, the bsfc was decreased by 7.9%, CO and HC 77% and 31% respectively, and that the maximum combustion pressure was reduccd by 0.7MPa, and the smoke intensity also reduced. Only the NO_x was increased by about 3.2%. At low speed, both the NO_x and CO were improved, while the bsfc was kept almost unchanged. The rate of heat release was low during the initial period, but became high during the period of diffusion combustion.
