摘要 目的 :提高某厂社区居民高血压知识知晓率及居民自我保健意识。方法 :结合行政干预 ,抓住本社区居民对医院比较信赖的心理 ,以刃具厂居民社区中有影响力的职工医院为中心 ,采用义诊、健康专栏、讲座等宣传干预形式向居民宣传高血压的病因、危害、预防、控制等知识。结果 :提高了居民关注、重视、参与的积极性。结论 :宣传干预可在社区中形成良好的氛围 ,提高了宣传效果。 Objective:To improve people the rates of knowledge about hypertension and the consciousness of self-health-protection in Renju factory community of Chenghua district.Methods:Together with administration means,to catch hold of the psychology of people among community,who usually depended on hospital,and to make the hospital of staff and workers as a center,Renju factory community adopted all kinds of models such as voluntary diagnosing,health education columns,a course of lectures and so on.To propagating the knowledge about hypertensions causes,harm results,prevention,controlling and so on.Results:It had improved people to pay close attention to the knowledge of hypertension and participate in activities.Thus it formed a good atmosphere,and improved the effect of propagating and intervening.
