抗脂肪肝冲剂对大鼠乙醇性肝损伤防治的实验研究

Effect of Anti-fatty liver Granule on Preventing and Treating Hepatic Damage by Ethanol in Mice

探讨抗脂肪肝冲剂对乙醇性肝损伤大鼠脂质代谢的影响,寻求针对乙醇所致脂肪肝的有效药物。方法:采用乙醇慢性肝损伤模型,观察大鼠肝组织总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)的含量。结果:抗脂肪肝冲剂降低乙醇性肝损伤大鼠肝组织TC、TG的含量,与模型组比较P<0.05(小剂量组),P<0.01(中、大剂量组);病理检查,抗脂肪肝冲剂各剂量组与模型组比较P<0.01。结论:抗脂肪肝冲剂能够降低乙醇性肝损伤大鼠肝组织TG、TC的含量。具有防治乙醇性脂肪肝的作用。

To explore the effect of the 'Anti-Fatty Liver Granule' on the hepatic fat metabolism of the mice which were damaged by ethanol. To find a effective medicine for 'fatty liver'mediated by ethanol. Methods: Using the models which were damaged chronically by ethanol, the mice's hepatic content of TG and TC were investigated. Result: The hepatic content of TC and TG in these mice were declined by the 'Anti-Fatty Liver Granule'. Compared with the models: P<0. 05 (small dosage), P<0. 01 (middle and large dosage), with the pathology checking, P<0. 01 on every group of 'the dosage'. Conclusion: The 'Anti-Fatty Liver Granule' can decline the content of TC and TG in the hepatic damaged mice mediated by ethanol. It have the function of treating and preventing the 'fatty liver'.
