摘要 目的 : 探讨CD38在系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)发病中的作用以及与抗双链DNA(dsDNA)抗体间的关系。方法 : 采用流式细胞仪检测 2 3例活动期SLE病人和 2 0例正常对照者外周血淋巴细胞 (PBL)CD38表达 ;免疫印迹法检测抗dsDNA抗体。结果 : SLE病人PBLCD38表达水平明显高于对照组 ,治疗后虽有下降 ,但仍高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗前后无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;CD38的升降与抗dsDNA抗体的水平呈正相关 (r=0 .6 8)。结论 : CD38可能参与了SLE的发病过程 。 Objectives:To investigate the role of CD38 in the pathogenesis of SLE and in relation to anti-dsDNA antibody.Methods: The expression of CD38 was measured in 23 patients with active SLE and 20 controls by flowcytometry and anti dsDNA was tested with immunoblot assay.Results: Compared with controls, the positive rate of CD38 expression on peripheral blood lymphocytes in SLE patients was significantly higher. The rate was still higher than that in control group even after treatment(P<0.01), although the rate declined after treatment. A positive correlation was found (r=0.68) between the expression of CD38 and the level of anti dsDNA antibody. Conclusion : CD38 may play a role in the pathogenesis of SLE. This could be used as a marker in reflecting the activity of the disease.
