加压负压吸疱与磨削自体表皮移植治疗白癜风

Treatment of vitiligo with epidermal autografts by press suction blister and dermabrasion

目的 : 缩短白癜风自体表皮移植起疱时间和减少手术次数。方法 :用加压负压吸疱结合磨削术对 30例白癜风患者行自体表皮移植 ,并对加压负压吸疱与单纯负压吸疱的发疱时间进行比较。结果 : 加压负压吸疱移植皮片的痊愈率为 72 .2 % ,显效率 14.9% ,总有效率 96 .1% ;与单纯负压吸疱相比 ,起疱时间有显著性差异 ,前者快于后者。结论 : 加压负压吸疱结合磨削术是一快速、安全、有效的方法 。

Objective: To compare the difference in time and frequency between press suction blister and simple suction blister methods with autograft in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods: Sixty patients with stable vitiligo were treated with press suction blister and simple suction blister with autografts. Results: The cure rate of skin grafts was 72.2%, and the markedly effective rate and overall effective rate were 14.9% and 96.1%, respectively, in the press suction blister group. The time needed for blistering in the two groups was significantly different, with the former group being faster than the later group. Conclusion : The time needed for the operation can be shortened with press suction blister method.
