体外循环心内直视手术血液保护的体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨体外循环心内直视手术血液保护的方法。方法 :对 5 2例行体外循环心内直视手术的患者采取合理选择体外循环用品、围手术期使用抑肽酶和止血环酸、手术中尽量减少失血、严格控制术后输血等血液保护措施的结果进行总结。结果 :本组患者围手术期平均用血量 414ml ,其中 9例未输血 ,占 17.3%。术后平均出血量 312ml。结论 :采取体外循环中及术后的多项综合性血液保护措施 ,可有效减少体外循环心内直视手术的用血量。 Objective To evaluate the effect of blood conservation in 52 patients with cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods To the 52 patients underwent cardio pulmonary bypass(CPB),several ways were used for blood conservation.The ways included electing good apparatus and drugs for CPB,infusing aprotinin and the tranexamic acid in period of CPB and decreasing the blood loss in cardiac surgery.Results In the period of CPB the average amount of blood transfusing for each patient was 414 ml,and 9 patients(17.3%) with no blood transfusion at all.Amount of postoperative bleeding was 312 ml averagely.Conclusion Blood conservation can be performed to decrease amount of bleeding through the period of CPB.
