摘要 本文介绍了国家九五重点科技攻关专题研究编制的含缺陷压力管道安全评定技术方法推荐稿。重点介绍了局部减薄缺陷管道在弯曲和内压载荷下的塑性失效评定方法以及周向面型缺陷管道在拉、弯、扭、内压联合载荷下的失效评定曲线族评定法和在拉弯内压联合载荷下评定过程极为简便的U因子评定方法。文中还介绍了这些方法的技术依据和验证。 This paper gave a brief introduction of recommended safety assessment method draft for pressure piping containing defects, developed by a subproject of 9th National Five Year Research Program of Science Technology. The content is concentrated in the plastic collapse assessment method of local wall-thinning pressure piping under bending and internal pressure, and two kinds of the planar flaw assessment methods for piping containing circumferential flaws. One is a multiple failure assessment curve method used for combined loads of tension, bending, torsion and internal pressure. The other is U factor assessment method which is very convenient for using by ordinary engineers, but only for combined loads of tension, bending and internal pressure. This paper also described the technique background and validation of all method deeloped.
