摘要
研制了一种极低频 ( ELF)脉冲磁场发生仪 ,其输出脉冲磁场的频率在 0~ 1 k Hz、强度在 0~ 1 T范围内连续线性可调 ;频率、强度均采用数码显示 ;电源功率小于 1 k W,可长时间工作。采用该仪器对不同频率、不同功率及不同辐照时间的 EL F脉冲磁场对小鼠的血液流变学指标、自由基指标和学习记忆能力的影响及对细菌的生化指标和质粒 DNA的影响进行了研究。实验表明 EL F脉冲磁场对生命体的生物效应是存在的 ,这种作用效果随脉冲磁场的强度和频率的不同而不同 ,可能存在敏感的“窗口”效应区。
A kind of pulse magnetic field generator with the extremely low frequency(ELF)is developed,whose frequency of the output pulse magnetic field is 0-1 kHz with the intensity in the range of 0-1 T within which the continuous linearity is adjustable.The digital displays are adopted in frequency and intensity.Power sources are less than 1kW,which can work for long.This generator is adopted to study the effects of the ELF pulse magnetic fields with different frequencies,different powers and different radiation times upon the indexes of hemorheological characteristics and free radical metabolism and learning and memory ability in mice as well as bacterium biochemical indexes and plasma DNA.The experiment results indicate that there exist the bioeffects of ELF pulsed magnetic field upon life,and that such bioeffects vary with the intensity and frequency of the field. Also,there may exist 'window' effect areas.
