摘要
对激励理论和波特 -劳勒 -综合型激励模式进行了综述。从影响满足程度、努力程度、工作绩效的因素以及工作绩效与满足的关系方面 ,分析评价了波特 -劳勒综合型激励模式的原有观点 ,提出了新的见解 ,并绘制了改进后的波特 -劳勒综合型激励模式图。
On the basis of summarizing motivation theories and synthetical motivating pattern of Porter Lawler,this paper analyzes and appraises Porter Lawler's original views from such aspects as affecting satisfaction,degree of efforts,work performance factors as well as the relationship between work performance and satisfaction.New viewpoints are presented and the improved figure of synthetical motivating pattern of Porter Lawler is drawn.
