摘要
介绍了一种基于递阶控制方式的制造误差检测装置的设计与实现。该装置结合 PC机与单片机各自的功能和优势 ,能够完成零件尺寸误差计算机检测和统计分析 ,并自动生成分析报告 ,提出控制误差的建议 ,大大地提高了零件制造误差的检测效率。
This paper introduces the designing idea and implementing principle of the detecting device for manufacture deviation on hierarchy control. The device,which has combined fully personal computer's predominance with singlechip microcomputer's, can both measure work pieces'dimension deviation and carry out deviation statistical analysis. In addition,it can generate deviation analysis report automatically and give some advice about how to control deviation.
