摘要
本文针对 KM485QB缸体生产工艺状况及结构特点,分析了干式缸套结构缸体气孔缺陷的形成机理,探讨了砂芯材料的发气状况及四缸缸体出气系统的设置方法,提出了防止侵入性气孔缺陷的措施。
Pointing at production technology and structure character of Model KM485QB cylinder, forming mechanism of pinhole defect in cylinder has been analysed while gas generation of core material and layout of venting system have been discussed with measures and method preventing intruding gas.
