摘要
从理论和实践两方面论证用超声波C扫描水浸聚焦技术检验叶轮钎焊质量的可靠性和可行性 ,分析超声波水浸聚焦方法的技术特征 ,简要介绍USL五轴联动超声波C扫描检测系统 ,并通过检测实例 。
The reliability and feasibility of ultrasonic C scan testing of the braze quality of turbine impeller by immersion focussing method were proved by theory and practice. The character and process of the technology were analyzed and studied. At the same time, the USL five axis controlled ultrasonic C scan system was introduced.
