Based on the cross section of the magnetic inverse Compton scattering in the laboratory reference frame, the spectrum function is recalculated. It is found that, besides a modification in the coefficient of the resonant part of the spectrum function, there also exists an additional term which depends explicitly on magnetic fields and can not be ignored when the magnetic field is weak. This is a new result which can not be obtained from the Herold's result by a relativistic transformation.
