摘要
针对拟在中国创业板上市企业 ,从提升企业价值、实现股东财富最大化及完善企业治理结构的角度 ,对影响激励效率的主要因素进行归纳与分析 。
This paper focuses on firms planning to launch Initial Public Offerings (IPO) in China's Growth Enterprise Market (GEM), with a view to improving the range of analysis technique so as to enhance the ability to assess values more accurately. This applies particularly to executive stock options and the valuation of their worth and potential. Enterprise value, free cash flow, and governance structure are another area of that yields valuable information in focus and the intention here is to facilitate the managing executive stock options efficiency
