摘要
在进行企业文化建设时 ,必须界定企业文化的概念、企业文化的内涵 .本文首先阐述这些基本问题 ,然后分析了企业文化的形成机制 。
While building the corporate culture, its concept and connotation must be defined. These fundamental questions are analyzed before discussing the formation mechanism of the corporate culture. Finally, some important aspects about the corporate culture building are put forward.
