摘要
首次在时间飞行质谱仪上观测到波形拖长 1 1ns的NO衰荡质谱 .使用偏离腔镜反射率高峰平台区波长的激光入射 ,通过腔内倍频 ,增强多光子共振电离信号 ,实现了多光子共振电离技术和衰荡光谱技术有效结合 。
The first ring_down mass spectrum was obtained with 11 ns tail. This results came from implementing, using the laser which wavelength is off the high reflectivity wavelength region of the mirrors of ring_down cavity and frequency doubling to enhance the intensity of REMPI in ring_down cavity, combination REMPI and CRDS. This research result will present a effective method being used to research the sturcture of transitory molecules.
