介绍了水浸宽带聚焦探头的背衬制作方法、探头制作工艺及其性能的测试 。
This paper deals with the development of focusing broadband immersion probe. The method of backing performance, probe fabrication and its properties testing are described in detail. The application of this type of probe in ultrasonic imaging testing is also illustrated.
