摘要
采用半经典密度矩阵理论与迭代数值计算模型求解了九能级NH3 分子系统激光介质的增益系数 ;研究了双纵模光泵亚毫米波激光器的能量交换过程 ;计算并讨论了有关参数如工作气压、腔长等条件对输出光强的影响 。
Based on the semi-classical density matrix equations and numerical iteration calculation, the gain coefficient of nine-energy-level NH 3 molecular system was figured out. Energy exchange process in two-longitudinal-mode optically pumped submillimeter wave laser was studied in detail. Laser output intensity was calculated and discussed in case of different operating parameters such as operating gas pressure, length of laser cavity. Finally the optimization rules were concluded.
