摘要
采用“微电解好氧”组合工艺进行了中药生产废水 ( COD=6 0 0~ 95 0 mg· L-1,色度 =1 6 0~ 2 4 0倍 )处理的试验研究 .研究表明 :微电解混凝工序的 COD和色度去除率分别为 6 0 %和 85 %左右 ,同时改善了废水的可生化性能 ;好氧阶段的最佳有机物负荷率为 1 .2~ 1 .6 kg COD· m-3· d-1,常温下 COD去除率在 75 %~ 80 %之间 .出水符合《污水综合排放标准 ( GB89781 996 )》中一级标准的要求 .
A testing research is made on combinatorial technology of 'microelectrolysisaerobic decomposition' treating wastewater (COD=600~950 mg·L -1 , color=160~240 times) from Traditional Chinese Medicine production. The test indicates that with microelectrolysis process, the removal efficiency of COD and color is about 60% and 85%, respectively; meanwhile, the biological degradating property is improved; with aerobic decomposition process, the best organ loading rate is 0.9~1.2 kg COD·m -3 ·d -1 in normal atmospheric temperature, the removal efficiency of COD is between 75% to 80%. The outflow quality corresponds with the first standard of the comprehensive wastewater emission standard(《GB 89781996》).
