摘要
利用四氢噻吩亚砜 (TMSO)烷基化合成了环状亚砜衍生物α_十二烷_四氢噻吩亚砜 (DTMSO) .讨论了原料的比例、反应温度和反应时间对产率的影响 ;得到了合成的最佳条件 :n(TMSO)∶n(NaH)∶n(C12 H2 5Br) =1∶1∶1.5 ;θ1=6 7℃ ,t1=1h ;θ2 =5 0℃ ,t2 =1h .利用FT_IR ,1H_NMR分析了DTMSO的结构 .
Cyclic sulfoxide derivative: α_dodecyl_tetrahydrothiophene_o_oxide were prepared by the alkylation of tetrahydrothiophene_o_oxide. The effect of molecular ratio of reagent, time and temperature on productivity was investigated. The best condition was n (TMSO)∶ n (NaH)∶ n (C 12 H 25 Br)=1∶1∶1.5, θ 1=67 ℃, t 1=1 h, θ 2=50 ℃, t 2=1 h. The structure was discussed by FT_IR? 1H_NMR.
