摘要 从重庆病鸭中分离到 2株细菌 ,经细菌形态学、生理生化指标鉴定 ,证明为鸭疫里氏杆菌 (Riemerella anatipes-tifer,RA)。用改良的血清酵母肉汤进行增菌培养 ,将 2菌株菌液混合 (1∶ 1,体积比 ) ,经甲醛灭活后 ,加入蜂胶佐剂 ,制成蜂胶灭活疫苗。用其免疫 5~ 7日龄雏鸭 ,一免后 7、10、15 d皮下注射 RA混合菌液攻毒 (0 .2 m L /只 ) ,平均保护率达 6 6 .6 7% ;10 d后二免 ,二免后 7、10 d攻毒 (0 .2 m L/只 ) ,平均保护率达 94.47% Two strains of bacteria were isolated from infected young ducks in Chongqing.The bacteria were identified as Riemerella anatipestifer(RA) by bacterial morphology,physiology and biochemistry.The strains of RA were cultivated with serum-yeast broth developed in the laboratory.The two liquids were mixed with the ratio 1∶1 and inactivated by 0.3% formaldehyde,then the propolis as adjuvant was added to make propolis killed vaccine.At the age of 5 days every duck in the experiment groups was inoculated subcutanously with a dose of 0.5 mL vaccine.After 7 days,10 days and 15 days,the ducks were challenged with RA virulent strains,the average protective rate of the experiment group against RA to be 66.7%.The second immunization was carried out on the age of 15 days with the same method,then challenged with 0.2 mL virulent strains,the average proptective rate to be 94.45% on seventh and tenth day after second vaccination.
