昌潍白猪内分泌腺的生长发育规律

Growing and Developing Regularity of Changwei White Pigs′ Endocrine Glands

系统研究了 1～ 8月龄昌潍白猪 (192头 )内分泌腺的性状指标 ,并由此得出了其内分泌腺的生长发育规律及其与体重变化的回归方程。结果表明 ,肾上腺在 1～ 3、5～ 6月龄生长速度最快 (P<0 .0 1) ;甲状腺在 1～ 8月龄有 2个生长高峰期 ,即 4月龄和 6月龄 ;胸腺的生长高峰期集中于 3～ 4月龄 (P<0 .0 1) ,颈部胸腺在 1～ 3月龄生长速度显著快于胸部胸腺 ,胸部胸腺左侧生长发育明显快于右侧 ;脑垂体在 2～ 6月龄生长速度较快。肾上腺、甲状腺、胸腺、脑垂体随体重变化的回归方程分别是 :y=0 .0 199x+0 .80 16 (r=0 .975 9,P<0 .0 1) ;y=0 .16 34 x+1.2 86 8(r=0 .976 1,P<0 .0 1) ;y=1.76 0 8x+2 6 .995 0 (r=0 .946 2 ,P<0 .0 1) ;y=0 .0 0 2 4x+0 .0 6 2 0 (r=0 .90 83,P<0 .0 1)。

The properties index of endocrine glands in 192 Changwei white pigs aged from the 1 to 8 month and concludes the growing and developing regularity of endocrine gland as well as its regression equation with body weight′s change were systematically studied.The results are as follows:suprarenal gland grows fastest from the 1 to 3,the 5 to 6 month ages(P<0.01);Form 1 to 8 month ages,thyroid gland have two growing tops,that is the 4 and 6 month ages;growing top of thymus is from the 3 to 4 month ages(P<0.01);neck thymus grows faster than breast thymus from the 1 to 3 month ages;breast thymus on the left side grows faster than on the right evidently;the growing speed of hypophysis is faster from the 2 to 6 month ages than others.Suprarenal glands,thyroid gland,thymus,and hypophysis change with its body weight does,the regression equation between them respectively are:y= 0.019 9x+ 0.801 6(r= 0.975 9,P<0.01),y= 0.163 4x+ 1.286 8(r= 0.976 1,P<0.01),y= 1.760 8x+ 26.995 0(r= 0.946 2,P<0.01),y= 0.002 4x+ 0.062 0(r= 0.908 3,P<0.01).
