依那普利对老年高血压病患者血管活性物质和细胞离子转运的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨依那普利对老年原发性高血压 (EH)患者血管活性物质和细胞离子转运的影响。方法 测定 2 3例老年EH患者和 2 1名健康老年人血浆内皮素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、去甲肾上腺素和内源性类洋地黄物质及淋巴细胞Na+、Ca2 +转运 ,并观察依那普利治疗 6个月后各指标的改变。结果 老年EH患者血浆四种升压物质水平升高 ,细胞钠泵和钙泵活性、K+浓度降低 ,Na+和Ca2 +浓度增高 ;四种升压物质分别与离子泵、Na+和Ca2 +相关 ,依那普利治疗后各指标改善。结论 老年EH与多种血管活性物质产生增加 ,细胞Na+、Ca2 +转运障碍及其相互作用有关 。 Objective To explore the effects of enalapril on circulating vasoactive substances and cell cation transport in elderly patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods Plasma endothelin(ET), angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ), norepinephrine(NE) and endogenous digitalis like substances(EDLS) were determined, lymphocytic cation transport function was studied in 23 aged EH patients and 21 elderly healthy subjects. After interference by enalapril for 6 months, all of the parameters were reexamined. Results In EH patients, plasma ET, AngⅡ, NE and EDLS were increased, lymphocytic Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase activities and K + were decreased, Na + and Ca 2+ increased. Four plasma vasoactive substances were correlated with cellular Na + K + ATPase , Ca 2+ ATPase, Na + and Ca 2+ respectively. After treatment with enalapril, four plasma substances and intracellular Na + and Ca 2+ were decreased, Na + K + ATPase, Ca 2+ ATPase and K + increased. Conclusion The changes of vasoactive substance levels in the circulation and Na+, Ca 2+ transport function in the cells, or the interaction among them might be involved in pathogenesis of elderly EH. The pathophysiological abnormality may be improved by enalapril.
