丙戊酸钠治疗多发性抽动秽语综合症的疗效及脑电图变化研究

The effect of EEG with sodium valproate on the treatment and change of EEG in gilles de la tourette syndrome

目的 探讨丙戊酸钠治疗多发性抽动秽语综合症的疗效及安全性。方法 单用丙戊酸钠治疗 ,全部病例由专人治疗观察 ,观察其临床疗效、脑电图变化、剂量及不良反应。结果 丙戊酸钠治疗多发性抽动秽语综合症的总有效率为 76 .6 % ,剂量为 15 - 5 0mg·kg·d-1,未见明显的不良反应。

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium valproate on gilles de la tourette syndrome. Methods: The treatment of gilles de la tourette syndrome with only sodium valproate was adopted. Results: The effective rate for gilles de la tourette syndrome is 76 6% and the daily effective dose is 15～50 mg·kg·d -1 . Drug side effect is weak.Conclusion: It is safe and effective for treatment of gilles de la tourette syndrome with sodium valproate.
