摘要 边远零散注水井连续洗井车的研制 ,可解决固定式洗井流程存在的管网投资大、洗井能耗高、注水系统压力波动大、影响注水系统效率、洗井液来水对污水处理主流程的冲击大、洗井过程不便于控制井口返出水量等问题。由于采用了较先进的洗井污水处理工艺 ,使处理装置结构紧凑 ,处理效果好 ,只需一台车即可完成注水井的连续洗井作业。本文详细地介绍了活动洗井技术所要解决的主要问题、工艺流程、性能特点、技术参数和矿场应用情况。 The new developed continuous well cleanout track for marginal water injection wells can solve the following problems:high cost of pipe net of well cleanout flowsheat,high energy exhause,high pressure fluctuation of water injection system,effect of water injection efficiency,strong impact of water cleanout fluid to the processing flowsheet of polluted water.Having used the advanced well clean-out processing technology,the construction of the processing instrument is lightened,and get good result.Only one track can complete the continuous well cleanout operation.This paper introduces the solved problems,process flowsheet,characters,technical,parameters and application in site.\;
