摘要
针对普通链条式抽油机易发生断链和气平衡装置密封部位寿命短等问题 ,提出了长冲程双链条同步驱动抽油机设计方案。抽油机具有双链条同步驱动换向机构 ,可实现增距式柔性换向 ;气平衡缸密封部位采用多级密封装置 ;动态保护装置和自动平衡装置可确保抽油机运行安全和节能 ;整机后移机构可实现修井时整机后移。分析认为 ,长冲程双链条同步驱动抽油机特别适合于开采稠油 ,适用于深井、定向井、丛式井和斜井 ,可以取代在用的普通链条式抽油机和游梁式抽油机 ,具有很好的应用前景。
The chain of conventional chain pumping unit is easy to break and the seal of its air-balancing unit has short service life, therefore, a long stroke double-chain pumping unit is designed. The Pumping unit has a double-chain synchronous driving and reverse mechanism, and can realize flexible reverse with stroke increment; the seal of the air-balancing cylinder adopts multi-stage seal; the dynamic protechon unit and automatic balancing unit are provided to ensure safe operation and energy saving; and a backward-moving mechanism is designed for moving the pumping unit backward in well servicing. The double-chain pumping unit is suitable for using in heavy oilreeovery, and it can be used on deep wells, direehonal wells, cluster wells and inclined wells.
