摘要
针对对焊钻杆热处理工艺实际操作中 ,人工调节中频电源功率进行加热存在温度不准、工艺不稳定的问题 ,研制了对焊钻杆热处理自动控制系统。系统的技术关键是根据红外线测温仪反馈的数值利用计算机自动调节中频电源功率 ,以达到需要的温度目标。简述了系统的功能与流程、硬件配置及结构、计算机控制系统软件的设计与开发。 360根对焊钻杆的热处理实际运行表明 ,系统的自动化程度很高 ,操作简单 ,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度 ,年利润可达 2 4 91万元。
In view of inaccurated temperature and unstable processing in adjusting manually the power of medium frequency electrical source, a heat treatment automatic control system on butt welded drill pipe is developed. It isthe key point to adjust automatically the power of medium frequency electrical source with the computer to produce desired temperature according to the feedback data from the infrared thermoscope. The function and flow of the system, hardware configuration and the development of the software for the computer controlling system are introduced briefly. The application of heat treatment for 360 butt welded drill pipes shows that the system hasthe property of high automation and simple operation.
