摘要
近年来 ,心率变异 (HRV)分析作为一种无创检测心脏功能的手段 ,因其可以定量评估自主神经系统活动以及心脏的内在动力学机制、解释和预测心脏的运动过程而获得广泛应用 ,并成为心电信号处理中的研究热点之一。本文采用改进的HRV谱分析方法———参数分析法 ,通过Marple算法建立自回归 (AR)模型 ,计算功率谱密度 (PSD)函数 ,然后分离各极点 ,得HRV的分离谱 ,以期为心血管疾病的早期诊断。
Nowadays the analysis of Heart Rate Variability (HRV), as a non-invasive method in detecting function of hearts, has been applied widely and is hot for ECG signal processing, for its capability to assess function of autonomic nervous system and intrinsic dynamic mechanism of heart quantitatively, and to explain and predict the heart's movements. Applying the improved method for analyzing the spectrum of HRV signal - the parametric approach, which establishes an autoregressive model by using Marple algorithm, calculates PSD, and then decomposes spectral poles to get decomposed spectrum of HRV, it is intended to provide a new tool of analysis for early diagnosis, monitoring and prognostic assessment of cardiovascular diseases.
