多功能双向式医用倾斜床的研制与应用评价

倾斜试验 (TTT)是研究和诊断不明原因晕厥的基本手段和“准金标准”方法 ,而倾斜床又是开展TTT的关键装置。但目前国内现有的倾斜床 (或旋转床 ) ,无论从设计性能或功能与指标要求均不能适应和满足实际应用的要求 ,且与国际统一的方法与方案相差甚远。为此我们自行研制出一台多功能双向式医用倾斜床 ,并经过 6 0人次的飞行员专项选拔和鉴定的实际应用证明 ,该装置性能稳定 ,安全可靠 ,全部技术指标不但均达到了国际标准 ,而且其旋转速度、角度范围和方向等主要技术参数均优于国内外同类产品 。

Tilt table test (TTT) is a basic technique used for investigation and diagnosis of unexplained syncope The device of the tile table is the key in the tilt table testing. But the current domestic devices of tilt table cannot meet the requirements of practical use regarding performances and functions. They are far from those of international unified methods and plans. Now a multifunctions device of head\|up/down tilt table was developed based on Micro\|controller. Using the device, sixty pilots were specially Selected, Screened, and tested.The results indicated the device had good performances, and were better in many aspects, such as rotation velocity, range of angle of rotation and direction of rotation, when compared with domestic and foreign products of the same kind. The tilt table could be upgraded in respect of functions, and is promising and its opplications could be promoted.
