大鼠输精管结扎术后血清睾酮的测定及睾丸和附睾的形态学观察

摘要 目的 建立动物模型 ,观测输精管结扎术对血清睾酮水平的影响及该手术对睾丸和附睾的形态学影响 ,以便为评估输精管结扎术 ,这一我国男性节育的主要手段提供某些基础研究方面的科学依据。方法 随机将 40只 4月龄Wistar大鼠按 4个等长的实验间期分为输精管结扎组和对照组 ,在术后 1月、2月、3月、4月时分别测定了结扎组和对照组的血清睾酮 (ST)浓度及其与雄激素结合蛋白 (ABP)的结合率 ,并对受试动物的睾丸和附睾进行组织学观察。结果 在各个实验间期 ,输精管结扎组和对照组的ST水平及其与ABP的结合率均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;结扎组睾丸和附睾无菌性炎症的发生率远远高于对照组。炎症发生时 ,睾丸生精上皮有明显变性 ;附睾管呈扩张性病理损害。在结扎组的睾丸和附睾中 ,均没有见到精子性肉芽肿的形成。结论 输精管结扎后短期内睾酮水平无变化 ,睾丸和附睾的组织结构则有显著改变。但是 。 Objective:To provide some groundwork for the estimation of the ligation of vas deferens as a contraceptive method.Methods: We established the animal models by 40 sexually mature Wistar rats [5(control group)+5(surgery group)]×4, and measured their serum testosterone(ST) levels. We observed the histological changes of their testis and epididymis following the vasectomies in 1, 2, 3, 4 months respectively. Results: No significant difference was found among the compared groups in all experimental intervals; most of all the vasectomized rats showed none infected inflammation both in their testis and epididymis the seminiferous tubules deteriorated and the ductus epididym is dilated; but no anticipated sperm granuloma was found. Conclusion:The ligation of vas deferens can lead to some influnce in the vasectomized animals during a short time limit, and its distinct long term effects need furthermore study.
