摘要
极低密度脂蛋白受体 ( VL DL R)在介导甘油三酯代谢的过程中起重要作用。目前已经知道 ,VL DL R分为两种类型 :其一带有 O-连结的糖链区 ( 型 ) ,另一种则不带有该区域 ( 型 )。采用 RT- PCR技术获得家兔 VL DL 受体的 c DNA,PCR扩增后经电泳鉴定显示 :在选取的全部六种组织中均有 型受体分布 ,并且在脂肪、肝脏、脾脏三种组织中还同时伴有 型受体的分布。该结果支持受体与组织能量代谢密切相关这一观点 ,并提示 型受体可能具有除参与脂代谢之外的其它不为人知的重要功能。
Very low density lipoprotein receptors (VLDLR) play a critical role in the metabolism of triacylglycerols. Reverse transcription polymerase reaction (RT-PCR) was applied to obtain cDNA of VLDLR in rabbits. After amplification by PCR, electrophoresis identification of cDNA from VLDLR revealed that the type-Ⅰ VLLR was expressed in the 6 selected tissues (spleen, muscle, liver, kidney, heart, fat), while the type-Ⅱ VLDLR expressed only in liver, fat and spleen. The results showed that VLDLR was highly related to the metabolism of lipid and suggested that except for the metabolism of lipid, type-Ⅱ VLDLR might have some other important functions unknown.
