DGY241—114 MULTIFUCTIONAL PACKER

针对大港油田已进入油田开发的中、后期 ,油井含水率普遍上升 ,出水层压力升高 ,常用的Y2 11- 115型封隔器、Y111- 115型封隔器已不能满足油井卡水、卡漏需要的问题 ,研制出Y2 41- 114多功能封隔器。该封隔器可实现步进机构锁紧 ,坐封后不松动、不退位 ,能够承受较高的双向压差 ;逐级坐封、快速解封机构使坐封均匀可靠 ,避免管柱卡井现象。文中介绍了Y2 41- 114封隔器的结构特点、工作原理及现场试验情况。

Dagang oilfield has already come into medium or later stage of development. Water content and the pressure of water layer are raising. Ordinary Y211—115 and Y111-115 packer can't meet the needs of oil well water shutoff and loss circulation control. So, DGY241-114 multifuctional packer is developed. DGY241-114 multifuctional packer can achieve: a.The stepper locking mechanism enables testing sealing set to unloosen and to withstand higher bi-directional pressure difference; b. The mechanism of one by one setting and quick unsealing enables the setting even and reliable, avoiding pipe sticking. The structural characteristics, operating principle and field application of the DGY241-114 packer are presented in this paper.
