摘要
潜油电泵作为大型的采油设备 ,是油田中后期增产的主要手段之一。针对电泵机组运转环境高温、恶劣的特点 ,对机组的薄弱环节—电机绝缘结构 ,通过提高耐温等级、延缓热老化加以加强。同时通过理论分析与现场应用表明 ,该电泵机组具有较广阔的应用前景 ,对于延长电泵机组寿命 。
Electric submersible pump is a large- scale oil producing equipment, and is a main increase productivity way in mid-later period of oilfield development. According to the feature of electric submersible pump in high temperature and bad running surroundings, insulating material of electric submersible pump is improved by increasing its heat resistance and postponing ageing. Through theoretical analysis and field application, the result shows the electric submersible pump has wide prospects and has important meaning for extending the life- time of electric submersible pump and reducing costs of oil producing.
