摘要
加强风险论证是实现油气田开发决策科学化的基础和前提。通过总结多年来进行风险论证的经验和体会,就海上油气田开发研究中加强风险论证的必要性、内容以及建立风险论证责任制进行探讨。
Enhancing risk evaluation is the basis and premise for development decision making. This paper describes the necessity, content to be enhanced during the development study for offshore oil and gas fields and the establishment of risk evaluation system, based many years' experience.
