油库铁路装卸油区在装卸油时由于有大量油蒸气存在,在一定范围内与空气混合后形成爆炸性混合气,遇有点燃源后就可能发生火灾或爆炸危险,为防止事故发生,必须采取必要的安全措施(这里主要叙述防静电等安全接地措施),预防点燃源的产生,从而避免火灾或爆炸事故的发生。

When rail tankers unload oil products,there is a large amount of oil stream in the unloading areas.When the stream mix with air to some extent,the mixture will cause fires or explosion once they catch igniting resources.Therefore,measures should be taken to prevent accidents.
