摘要
文章介绍了一种自行开发研制的国产智能型科氏力质量流量计。重点介绍了该流量计测量质量流量的理论依据以及与之配套的双“U”型管结构的传感器的内部构造 ,该仪表的硬件和软件设计方案。文中以简捷的公式推导证明了科氏力质量流量计测量的质量流量的大小仅与传感器左右检测信号的时间差成正比 ,而与其它参数无关。给出硬件电路框图及软件设计部分程序框图 ,并就工作原理进行详细阐述。
The design of Coriolis force mass flowmeter is introduced in this paper. Attention is concentrated on the working principle and the inside configuration of the dual U pipe sensor, as well as the design scheme of both hardware and software. The simple formular derivation proves that the mass flow is in direct proportion only to the time difference of detect signals between the left and right detectors of the sensor.
