摘要
针对油田注水泵机组运行状况缺乏诊断手段 ,以及常规分析系统诊断工作量大的问题 ,研制了一种多功能、智能化的注水泵机组故障诊断系统。硬件系统由传感器、诊断仪主机和便携式计算机组成 ;软件系统由数据系统软件和故障诊断软件组成 ,而智能诊断知识库是本系统的核心部分 ,可预先将泵的各种故障以一定的数据结构存储在库中 ,诊断时可根据库中的故障模型自动调入所需的分析数据 ,对各种指标进行提取 ,并将提取的特征值存储在知识库中。通过对4台注水泵的诊断表明 ,其测试结果与现场实际情况相吻合 ,极大地降低了诊断工作量。
In view of lack of diagnosing methods for the working condition of the waterflooding pump package and too much diagnosing workload using conventional analyzing system, a multi-function intelligent fault diagnosing system for waterflooding pump package is developed. The hardware system is comprised of sensors, diagnosing apparatus and portable computer, and the software system, whose core part is intelligent diagnosing knowledge base, includes data system software and fault diagnosis software. Various kinds of fault patterns of the pump can be pre-stored as data structure in the knowledge base, and the desired analyzing data can be input automatically based on fault patterns in the knowledge base, and the characteristics of the data are picked up and stored in the base.
