摘要
针对人工测量油管长度存在测量误差大、作业效率低等问题 ,提出以激光测量为核心的油管智能测长方法。油管智能激光测长系统由激光发射模块、激光接收模块、中央处理单元、数据存储及接口单元、电源模块、计算机及软件等组成。通过RS - 2 32与计算机进行通讯 ,可实现油管在地面水平放置时自然长度的在线测量。通过内部转存器及专用管理软件 ,可完成测量数据的计算机分析、处理、打印及利用内部局域网实现数据资料的传输和共享。现场应用表明 ,该系统操作简便易行 ,工作可靠 ,测量精度高 ,提高了作业工效和管理水平。
A tubing length intelligent laser measuring system is developed in the light of the low measuring accuracy and efficiency. The system is comprised of laser transactting module, laser receiving module, CPU, data storage and linkage unit and computer. The length can be measured on-line when the tubing is laid on the ground by the communication between the computer and RS-232. The measure data can be analyzed, processed, printed with the computer. Field use proves that the system runs well at high accuracy.
