摘要
在钻井施工作业中 ,为了有效地预防钻柱卡钻 ,常常需要在钻柱的某一部位安装随钻震击器。随钻震击器安放位置的不同 ,将极大地影响着震击效果。现文结合随钻震击器的震击原理 ,综合考虑震击作用中钻柱的摩阻、钻柱的重力以及不同的下部钻具组合结构的影响 ,建立了随钻震击器安放位置优化设计模型。实例计算表明 ,该模型实用有效 ,可用于定向井、水平井和大位移井中随钻震击器安放位置的优化设计。
The sticking of drilling string happens occasionally during drilling operation, it is necessary to place drilling jars in proper placement of the drilling string. The jar placement in the bottom hole assembly (BHA) will affect the jarring operation very severely. According to the jarring principle, this paper builds the designing model about optimum drilling jar placement. The model considers the influence of the weight of BHA, the drillstring drag, and the different BHA. An example of calculation shows that the model achieves better agreement with the reality, and it can be used to design the drilling jar placement in directional well, horizontal well and extend reach well.
