通过对现有绞车的分析 ,提出新型绞车采用气胎离合器换挡的方案、原理及设计重点 ;分析了整轴式和分轴式 2种离合器换挡绞车的优缺点 ,指出离合器的型式选择和计算。最后 ,对气胎离合器换挡绞车 ,提出改进建议和应用前景。

The author introduces a new style of drawworks with air tube clutch for shifting through the analysis for the existing drawworks, determines the scheme, explains the principle, and indicates the key point of the design. The advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of clutches(a shaft and a shaft in section)are discussed. In the end, the author points out how to choose and calculation the clutch and puts forward proposals and prospects for the new style drawworks.
