圆柱链低矮式超长冲程抽油机是一种新型高效有杆采油设备。其中的特制链轮用普通加工方法无法加工 ,现文提出了用专用数控夹具加工特制链轮的方法 ,介绍了加工原理、参数计算及加工中应注意的问题。

The cylinder chain lower super long stroke pumping unit is a kind of up to date and high efficiency equipment.The special cylinder wheel can not be machined with ordinary cutting method.Cutting method is advanced in this paper for machining special chain wheel by numerical control clamp.Cutting principle,parameter calculation and problem in cutting are introduced.
