摘要
ZS6型线性振动筛采用双电机反向自同步旋转作为激振源 ,实现筛箱振型为线性振动。与传统圆轨迹振型的振动筛相比具有诸多优点 ,特别是 ZS6型线性振动筛使用了寿命较长的板式叠层粘接筛网 ,大大提高了钻井液固控水平。现文详细阐述了 ZS6型线性振动筛的基本工作原理、结构、性能特点、工作参数、室内试验与现场使用效果等。还特别阐述了板式叠层粘接筛网的结构特点。
Two reverse rotation self synchronization motors are used in model ZS6 drilling fluid linear shale shaker as the vibrator,which makes the screen box produce linear vibration.Compared with the traditional circular shale shaker,the model ZS6 drilling fiuid linear shale shaker has a lot of advantages.In particular,it uses the hole plate bonding screen with long life,which greatly improves the level of drilling fiuid solids control.This paper deals with basic working principle,structure and performance features,working parameters and actual effects in both laboratory and field in detail.In addition the structural features of hole plate bonding screen are particularly set forth.
