摘要
考察了三种脱铝Y沸石及HZSM -5沸石负载的Pt双功能催化剂上正庚烷加氢异构化的反应性能 ,用IR、2 9Si(2 7Al)MASNMR和低温N2 吸附表征了催化剂的物化性质 ,揭示了催化剂中Pt含量、载体酸性和孔结构对催化剂反应性能的影响。结果表明 ,一种利用水蒸气和酸联合脱铝改性的Y沸石上负载 0 4% (质量分数 )Pt的催化剂使异构化产物选择性达 95 %以上 ,同时保持近 2 0 %的正庚烷转化率。
Performances of platinum catalysts supported on dealuminated Y or HZSM-5 zeolite for the hydro- isomerization of n-heptane are investigated.The physicochemical properties of employed catalysts are measured by IR, 29 Si( 27 Al)MAS NMR and N 2 adsorption techniques.The effect of the platinum content,acidity and pore structure of catalysts on catalytic activities is discussed in detail.It is found that a high isomerization selectivity of over 95% with an overall conversion of nearly 20% can be achieved with a catalyst with a platinum content of 0 4% supported on dealuminated Y zeolite treated by steam and acid.
